Ha ha too funny! No need to defend yourself BigFred. In all these supposed "lambbasting" posts the company was not named till minutes before Rowan's post. Something tells me if Rowan hadn't been named as the informant he wouldn't be here now trying to defend himself by turning the table with a "this is why I told on you" post

Something I've learned in psychology, a person feeling guilt will try to turn the table to post the attention elsewhere.

Something else I have learned .......on forums is that person that signed up in 2006 but has only 10 posts (such as the OP), he is not a new member and more than likely a poster that used this second profile to use in cases like this. Wanting to vent but not wanting to be identified on the forums under his real profile in order to avoid flaming.

Something else I have learned.......sometimes you can contact the right person and still not get results. I have stood face to face with business owners and had lies told to my face. I went online and bashed this business on every cycling forum available and my blog. Strangely within hours I received an email with an apology and an immediate resolution to "our" problem all in my favor.

Sometimes it's the way to go. Of course I use my real profile but in this case and thread, hey look........RESULTS!
