Put on the new Vuelta Corsa Lite Wheels w/ 25mm Conti 4000s tires and put on an Ultegra 11-28 rear cassette. (I think the SPD's and Fizik saddle are new since my last picture too...)
Done with the upgrades for now.. If I take off the seat bag I might be ready for the Hot or Not thread.
Nice! I love the black/grey/red color scheme. It's stealth but really stylish. I run the GP4000S as well - mine are staggered though, 25 rear 23 front. You will love them if you haven't used them before, really great tires.
