Nice fix. You did a nice clean job on it. Good to have the bike back on the road with a reliable, good looking repair.

As for the replaceable or non-replaceable discussion, I personally just don't think a replaceable hanger is a big enough factor to give much concern. I've crashed my MTB with a replaceable hanger multiple times, and never had any damage to the hanger, as did I crash my old steel MTB without a replaceable hanger multiple times and never have a problem with the hanger. I also crashed a road bike once. Bent the fork, trashed the front brake, dented a downtube, road rashed some parts, no problem with the hanger. It seems to me like a replaceable hanger is a bigger concern in theory than in practice.
