Bikes: '96 Litespeed Catalyst, '05 Litespeed Firenze, '06 Litespeed Tuscany, '20 Surly Midnight Special, All are 3x10. It is hilly around here!

I expect an impact hard enough to crack the toptube also distorted the headtube and the headset no longer fits properly. Time for a new frame and probably a new fork.
