Do they make pedals that are longer/wider than the standard one that come on a bike? I just got a Jamis Coda Sport and I really like. Except I feel that my foot is arching over the sides of the pedals making my legs bow out a bit (full disclosure I am a big girl). I asked the guy at the LBS where I got the bike and he said no, but maybe I didn't frame the question right. I ride with sneakers, not bike shoes with clips. And I think my wide foot coupled with wide hips is the issue.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
