I always save small parts and fasteners when I toss out anything.
10mm nuts from bicycle brakes and brake pads are very handy on German cars.
After gouging a couple of the notches in the aluminum bottom bracket lockring on my current Bianchi, I replaced it w/ the steel one from my original Bianchi.
