Funkiest horn ever. (I'd still remove it though) The seat is likely a Wrights. Check the wheels and see if they're 26 1 1/4"(EA1 597mm) or 26 1 3/8"(EA3 590 mm). If they are the former, you may have a hard time sourcing good tyres but SJS cycles has carried them in the past. That rear gear is still a mystery, looks similar to a Cyclo Benelux Tourist with a different cage. I'm sure this bike will clean up beautifully! Post some follow up pics.
