I found the customer service at Bell/Giro to be outstanding.
Sounds like the rep was well-served by the software at her fingertips, good policy, and good backing on her decisions. She knew the helmets I described to her, pretty much told me she'd send a pack of each (and did) and even though I still offered to pay, she said "just remember us when it's time to buy a helmet." That kind of service, I respond to.
