Leading up to the 100k on Thursday

I'm not ready for it but I will be able to finish it. I did a 50 miler at the beginning of the month and then was off the bike for three weeks due to fastpitch softball season (I coach), work, classes and any other excuse I can throw on the pile.

I rode last week and then yesterday did a 30 miler (in the rain). Today is Sunday. Ride is on Thursday which means there are potentially four days (including today) to ride. Two questions.

1 - I assume if I push myself hard I need to take Wednesday (the day before the ride, 7 am check-in) off. That leave three days to ride.

2 - I did 30 yesterday and it was hilly and rainy. Left my legs tired today. Would it be better to do a 30 miler every day until I take my day off prior to the race or should I do a short one as a recovery day and then a longer one?
Basically with the three days I have left should I:
30-30-30-Rest-Race
or
30-10-40-Rest-Race

My instincts say that if I can handle a 30 every day I'll be ok for the 100k. My instincts also say that if I can build to the 40 then that makes the 100k easier. My instincts can't ever settle on what they are trying to say to me.

I've even considered just destroying myself every day (which is kind of fun) and letting Wednesday repair it all. Not sure if one day is enough if I push too hard.

Also good nutrition will be on board during this.
