Seriously, though, welcome to the tropics. We get this stuff fairly regularly. That's why you need a THIRD bike you're NOT in love with! My primary single road bike qualifies in my case, though, and I still haven't been able to throw a leg over it in a month. Watcha gonna do??!!
It's not the bike, it's me. I did enough riding in the rain when I was bike commuting to work in Atlanta. I'm a fair weather cyclist.
