I guess I'm the guy that's the same ******bag in person. If I come across someone wearing the Rainbow jersey, I usually say, hey, it's Phillipe Gilbert, occassionally they laugh, mostly they have a WTF look.

A couple of years ago there were a lot of BMC jersey with rainbow stripes. Nobody ever got the Cadel reference.
