I unintentionally beat my best commuting time. I'm normally a conservative commuter. Today, I dipped in & out of cars, took the lane at points I would normally jump on the sidewalk and kept a pace quicker than normal.

I think going around 2 buses and speeding up to get a lead that would hold until the next stop put me in a more aggressive mode. I don't think I ever slowed down to my normal pace. And I got comfortable going around cars on the left instead of taking the sidewalk when cars didn't leave room on the right.

Very humid though. And I'm hoping the rain misses me on my way home.
