i wasn't going to say anything but now that you bring it up i've seen some pretty stupid shet on campus too. Just today, some girl used a crappy thin cable (that i could have cut with a pair of garden shears) to lock her frame to the bike rack then used the u-lock for the rear wheel. other way around smarty. Then i saw another shet for brains lock his/her bike to a short pole with nothing at the top. While we are at it let's include the morons who ride bikes without carrying the neccessities for changing a flat. if you don't have quick release carry around a wrench! Don't tell me "i have a spare tube" that's like saying i have a can of food but nothing to open it with.
