From: 6 miles inland from the coast of Sussex, in the South East of England

Bikes: Dale MT2000. Bianchi FS920 Kona Explosif. Giant TCR C. Boreas Ignis. Pinarello Fp Uno.

I retired last year and a slightly high BP has risen to High BP. On Ramapryl to lower the figures but early this year I was also diagnosed with vitamin "D" deficiency That is the sunshine Vitamin if you do not know.

Today and a link to Vit D defiency and High Blood pressure was sent to me.

No idea if Vit D can lead to high blood pressure but I will get it checked out when I see the nurse for blood and BP tests in 2 weeks time.
