There were no joints or potholes. With 110psi., a small stone should not cause a pinch flat. I didn't feel anything. They are 23mm. tires and I weigh 160lb. I have gotten pinch flats in the past, and it is not a subtle event. It is usually a pothole with a sharp rim.
