Check the inside of the bottom of the steerer tube. The better Columbus sets have five spiral ridges. You can also remove the fork. Some manufacturers stamp their logo and a date code on the steerer. The thread standard should be stamped on the bottom bracket cups. The dropouts look like Camapgnolo but I can't tell id there are Portacatena holes. What's the seat post diameter?
