Bikes: Too many to list, some I built myself including the frame. I "do" ~ Human-Only-Pedal-Powered-Cycles, Human-Electric-Hybrid-Cycles, Human-IC-Hybrid-Cycles, and one Human-IC-Electric-3way-Hybrid-Cycle

The exact position of the "sweet spots" varies from motor to motor depending on a lot of factors, here is RC type 6354 motor's graph:




In that configuration the peak efficiency sweet spot is at about 2,300 RPM at full throttle and the peak power sweet spot is about 1,950 RPM which puts them pretty close together and toward the top of the motors RPM range in that configuration.
