Another Canuck checking in...beautiful morning in Edmonton at 15C, sunny, no wind. Maybe a bit more humid than we're used to around here.

Took a detour and discovered that riding down a long, steep, loose gravel path on a road bike with 23mm tires is a bit scary. Hard to modulate speed when you could easily lock the wheels on the gravel. Just about spilled near the bottom, but came through with the rubber side down. I've gone up that hill many times, but never down until this morning, and probably won't try it again.
