V/linear pull/low MA, are names for same Idea .. a low leverage lever pulls more cable.
raise the MA & the effort to move the work , your cable pull, is reduced
because the fulcrum/pivot is closer to that work..
Non V Road aero levers have the higher MA, cable out the top road levers a bit less, V type , much less.
