Interesting... I thought his book was "Its Not About The Bike"! Anyway in my younger years as a bike racer I was invited to ride with a group in Salt Lake City, UT. The club was full of Cat 1and 2 riders welcomed me a new Cat 5 with open arms. This group helped develop Marty Jemison and Levi Leipheimer
to become professional riders. So I guess it is how serious your are about riding with clubs. If you want to be a weekend warrior or have dreams of racing pro there is a club out there for you. You just need to
take time and find your niche.
