I don't know if making the change to 11 speed is necessarily going to get you the 30 or 32T bail out gear you're looking for. A quick check of the Red 22 and DA 11 speed RD's indicates that they're both limited to 28T cassettes. They might work with something bigger, but it's not what they're advertizing. Even Campy's 11 speed groups offer nothing bigger than a 29T cassette.

That said, I have used a SRAM XG-1099 11-32 with a SRAM RED WiFli RD with a 2013 Red 10 speed group, and it worked beautifully.
