Found a used 92 Paramount series 30. Cheap replacement wheels on it. Price is 450. I think that is high by a couple hundred at least.
Before I make an offer I need to know frame angles. I can measure tube lengths, but not head and seat angles. Can't seem to find any geometry specs on it anywhere I have looked.

Can anyone help me out?
