You're a shop guy, you should source some good rims and hubs and build yourself a set of wheels that's to your liking. You should get a good discount on parts too. Just one shop guy sharing his opinion with another.
Trust me I have looked into it. It doesn't end up being that cheap. I have also had a set of handbuilts hed belgiums with dt swiss 240s 24/28 and I still felt like the ksyriums were more responsive. Is there a more responsive handbuilt option out there?
