Huh? Why do you need a stand to remove the wheels? Just hold the front end off the ground while you remove the front wheel. Or turn the bike over. Or lay it on its side.

First trip takes the stand down, and then a separate trip to bring the bike, put it into the stand, remove the wheel so it fits into the back, etc. Afterward, I have to take 2 separate trips back up, one with the bike, one with the stand.
