Don't run from cops. It is a really bad idea. You'll get saddled with >$10,000 in legal costs and still prolly go to jail. At the very least you'll spend the night in the tombs and have your bike impounded (and damaged) until your court date (which could mean months later.) NYC cops are not to be messed with.
