So I've decided to rent a piano... I now have a 48" tall Kawai upright in my bedroom for $75/month.
The digital piano I own is very nice, but a real piano is nicer to hear, nicer to play, and makes the room much nicer to be in... overall it's a big quality of life upgrade that I'm very happy with. I already play more.
Now it's time for me to actually practice instead of just play/jam all the time (I'm a jazz pianist). There are some Chopin and Debussy pieces that are very dear to me that are gonna take some work for me to play.
