I'm looking for a good route from LA to Seal Beach. I did some research and it seems either the SGRT or riding down along the coast are good options. My starting point doesnt really matter as long as its somewhere in the LA vincinity.
I'll be riding solo next Saturday morning and safety is a concern (in terms of minimal traffic and exposure to punks trying to jump me).

Any suggestions?
