isn't quite time for new cleats yet, so I installed my old(ish) ones.....
only thing i dont like about keos.... its hard to tell how worn the cleats are based upon visual inspection. I usually wait to replace them until I start popping out on the right foot (one I set down more) when applying sprinting power. probably a bad call.
ive been thinking about trying shimano (for the yellow tabs), but I have so many sets of pedals already on diff bikes....
