She'll be fine on the W350. If she hasn't rode with higher level sets she won't know what the difference is. And what really matters is getting her out there and in the saddle. It's not like you're getting her a varsity with stem shifters that weighs 50lbs, the W350 is a great bike for anyone starting out.
