Warming up is nice and everything but it is really related more towards performance. I can jump on my road bike and time trial my local loop without a warmup to no ill effects. It's just not terribly efficient. I doubt it would cause most of us to become ill for 1.75 hours.
I am unsure what anyone on a forum can do for you but you could always define what you mean by sick. Stomach issues?
