ThermionicScott may be right as i may eat quite healthy, i do not eat enough food.
If you eat too soon before riding that could also do it. I used to forget that and did silly stuff like going to the gym on a full stomach. The first time I literally had to sprint to the gents and see my last heavy meal coming back was the time I finally learned.
