Veelers's wheels came up and off the road. This was no "bump". I doubt Cavendish intended to take him out that way, in fact he seemed just as surprised as Veelers. But it definitely should have been a relegation per the rules. It amazes me that Sagan managed to avoid getting taken out too, that guy has some crazy bike handling skills.
