The bike arrived about 5 days after I ordered it and it probably took me 1 and a half hours to put the bike together, and that included adjusting the derailleurs and brakes. It came with an assembly manual that covers everything. I had no problems at all but I’ve always been a bit of a wrench head. The 20% off deal seems to come up every couple of weeks, so if you did go the mail order route, I would wait till it comes up again. Good luck.
