Either way a High carb morning meal, which I usually choose is Muslie(non sweetened).Tasty and healthy.
If you are looking for a quick High protein/Low Carb, try having some toast and eggs.Take about 4-6 large eggs and only use the whites(and 1 yolk).(There is no fat in the egg whites)Mix up in the microwave and put in for couple of minutes(keep eye on it), putting fork into it occassionally and moving it about.(bursts otherwise).Can add salt/pepper to taste, and also mushrooms etc.
