I think you'll have to find a graphics arts place that makes decals. There are several sources for Celeste (don't ask me the color code it changes) but if you have to have the exact decals with the blue shadow you will have to have someone make them custom. Same with the tubing decal.
I have the same frame and I love and I am looking for another. It may not be an Italian Bianchi it rides just like one.
