The Kilo TT isn't even tuned when you get it. How much will you have to spend on taking it to a shop etc. to have them check over everything to make sure everything is properly lubed, wheels trued, etc.

Parts warranties...what if you need to warranty a part out? You can't go to the local Bikesdirect can you?

Yes the carbon fork, buying from a good local lbs that will tune up the bike for you, and warrany out parts for you, is worth an extra 200 bucks. In the end how much are you really saving with a BD purchase?
