Yes the carbon fork, buying from a good local lbs that will tune up the bike for you, and warrany out parts for you, is worth an extra 200 bucks. In the end how much are you really saving with a BD purchase?
What if (like me) you don't like carbon forks and would prefer a steel one and can tune your own bike? SO in the end I would save...that's right: $200
