Measure the seat post diameter to get a better idea of tubing quality (post is likey marked with diameter, remove it and check). $150 + NYC markup (I think more like 50/100 for markup, I can't see that being a $350 bike anywhere), and likely a harder sell due to size.
I threw it up on CL for $400 but am flexible. In NYC I am getting an extra $100-200 markup because it is the city, all depends on the bike of course and condition. This frame measures 24in c to c so it's not ridiculously large...
