I got a set of Soul 3.0s recently, just under $600 shipped. The wheels roll well, the bladed spokes are trick, the rear hub has mucho engagement points for almost-instance engagement from coasting, and now that I've used 23mm rims, there's no way I'm going back. Buying a new wheelset today, I would not consider anything "standard-width" i.e. less than 23mm.
