So I got a touch careless completely disassembling a bike I am rebuilding. I took off the threaded upper race of the headset and noticed that it had a caged bearing, so I assumed that the lower was caged as well. After I pulled the upper race off and removed the fork, out dropped a *few* bearings . I recovered most, if not all, but I am in the process of reassembly and want to be 100% certain I have the correct number in there.

Here is a pic with a quick smear of grease, and the old bearings (it will get brand new ones once I get the count right...)
