If it's like most bikes, it should be mostly assembled when you get it. Every bike I've ever assembled was the same. You put on the front wheel, bars, pedals, and seat. Check everything else for tightness and get the tires inflated. A good multi-tool and wrench is a good investment since you'll need them to assemble the bike and should have them with you while riding, assuming you have a bag.
I'm not implying that you're crazy I'm just saying if you're not planning on cycling competitively or putting tons of miles on your bike then you don't necessarily need the best. Less thinking more riding.
