Gotcha. Just curious since you said the cojones need work. If you're afraid of landing on your elbow again, pads could help. I never wear mine unless it is a rocky trail, but when I do they're pretty much invisible compared to knee pads.
But maybe you just meant you're rusty. I feel pretty rusty the first month of the season every year.
Rusty might be a better word. I wasn't actually having any problem in the corners. but some of the rocky sections, especially the ones on significant grades were messing me up. Just couldn't clear anything without unclipping. Meh, it's all good. Going to 3-11 shift starting tomorrow. Should have plenty of time to ride!
