If you are in the USA or Canada you have to contact Kuota america that is in canada, if you call they will answer the phone.
If you are in europe you have to go to the kuota site and get the rep for the country you are in... cracks in the paint is a common problem, but the only issue is that you have to peel the paint off to be sure there is not a problem under the paint.
