Lambert & Mar Vista, two streets I would never want to ride on unless I had to. But it looks like you were on the Greenway trail for part of it. Whittier Blvd., around the 605 is also horrid.

I was off the bike for a couple of months (until the end of May), and I'm slowly getting my fitness back. What can you do? Just ride.
