Your bike is fully amortized. Buy a new one. As for replacing the wheels on the old bike, the rear drop out spacing is going to limit your options on the old bike (and because it's aluminum you really can't spread the drop outs) Get a new, cheap, front wheel, and use the old bike on rainy days.
