Hamiliton offers zero in the way of fact and a lot of personal opinion. Which he is entitled to. After all it sells books!
Medical studies on this are few and far between. I'm not saying TH is incorrect, just the real studies are not out ther to look at.
BTW: I think the whole tour is doping, not just Sky. Besides if Sky knows how not to get caught, don't you think others do as well? Didn't Cav ride with them last year? and Mic Rodgers? Hmmmm....I guess they forgot all the doping that Sky is doing!
Hypoxia Inducing Factor, is real. As is Telmisartan. These are the drugs that need to be look at. And many others that I or you have never heard of.
your post is a mess...you doubt Hamilton, but then say the whole peloton is doping, which is what Hamilton said.
Also, Hamilton didn't write the book. Dan Coyle did and he addresses his fact checking process and what's included or excluded in the book.
