Nope, they are the same length as road pads. They stuck with road size pads for these because all the pads people would want to use for their carbon rims are made in road size. Same for other road-going linear pull brakes like the TRP CX8.4 and CX9.

You can put an MTB size pad holder on, but the curvature will be wrong, made for a smaller rim diameter.
