I don't know what that means. I have tons of clothing designed without bikes in mind that are perfectly comfy out to 50 miles and beyond on the hottest southern days.

Cotton does dry slowly granted. I keep a five day supply of synthetic boxers at work. Pull off the cotton shorts and synthetic boxers used to get to work, take a baby-wipe sponge bath, put on fresh synthetic boxers that will also be worn for the ride home. I have the luxury of hanging one or two items to dry. Otherwise I have nylon cargo shorts that will dry almost instantly but i find the cotton ones even cooler while riding. And cotton doesn't stink after 30 minutes sweating in it.
