Anyone have experience / opinions on this bike???

Have a chance to pick up a 17.5" frame, like new for $275.00 cdn. It is my correct size according to Specialized's geometry chart.

Main purpose would be winter / bad weather commuting, for which it seems well suited with 26" wheels, internal gear hub and disc brakes. I have a few concerns though: Mounting fenders and racks (especially rear), eyelets look like they are obstructed by disk brakes. Gearing - cannot find spec on rear cog to work out ratios, which may be critical with only 3 gears, largely spaced apart. Weight of bike - cannot find listed anywhere on the internet.
