I may do that (not the single speed conversion!) if my brifters ever die on me... those suckers are expensive. I think mine are Apex, not Force. Is that the same thing? You're really modifying your Fargo. Where are you riding it that you can get away with a single speed? Or do you just have beer keg thighs?
